Why We Document Every Job
Proof, Not Promises
Any locksmith can claim to "cover all makes". We prove it. Every photo on this site was taken at the customer's location, with the customer's car, after we finished the job.
Real locations
South Cliff seafront, Whitby harbour, Pickering farm track, Sleights village — these are places we actually drove to, not generic stock images.
Real customers
We never use the same key photo twice, and we never photograph a key we didn't cut. The keys you see here were all made in our van.
Every car is different
A BMW X1 and a Suzuki Swift need completely different kit. The fact that we've made keys for both is the point.

What You'll Find in Each Job Story
Every job story on this site is a real call-out from a real customer. We write them up because locksmith work is the kind of thing people only search for when they need it — and when you're stuck on a Saturday night with a key snapped in the ignition, you want to know that the person you're calling has done the job before.
Each story tells you what the customer was ringing about, what we found when we got there, how long it took, what the price was, and what we did next. The photos are all taken on the day — usually within five minutes of finishing the job, with the customer's permission. The key on the green lanyard is the new key. The car in the background is the customer's car. The location is where it happened.
