Every Holiday Park
On the Yorkshire Coast
From big Haven resorts to quiet independent touring parks, we cover every holiday park within 25 miles of Scarborough. Lost your car key at your caravan? We'll come to your pitch.
Holiday parks are our most common call-out locations during the summer season. Families arrive from all over the UK, unload the car, and by Sunday afternoon the key has vanished — dropped on the beach, blown off the awning table by the Yorkshire coast wind, or left in a swimming pool locker. The spare key is 100 miles away in a kitchen drawer. We know every park entrance and every access road on this page. Each park below has its own dedicated page with real rescue stories and response times — tap the one you're at or planning to visit.

Read Rescue StoriesWe've been called out to every park on this page multiple times. The stories on each park page are all genuine — names and some details are changed for privacy, but the key emergencies are exactly what happened. Whether you're in a static caravan at a Haven resort or a bell tent at a farm glamping site, we'll find your pitch and sort your key on the spot. Our van carries key-cutting machines, programmers, and blanks for all major manufacturers, so we don't need to tow your car anywhere. If you're reading this from a holiday park right now and you've lost your key — call us. We'll give you an ETA in seconds.

Holiday Car Key Emergencies
Yorkshire's holiday parks are our busiest call-out locations between May and September. The pattern is depressingly predictable: families drive up from across the UK, park the car on their pitch, unload for the week, and by Sunday afternoon the key has vanished. The spare is 200 miles away in a kitchen drawer. The car sits there for the rest of the holiday, slowly developing a layer of seagull droppings, until they ring the recovery company and pay a fortune to be towed to the nearest dealer.
We do this differently. One call to us, an honest quote, and we're at your park within 15 to 30 minutes. We cut a new key in the van, programme it to your car on the pitch, and hand it back to you. The whole job is usually done in under an hour. No recovery truck, no dealer visit, no holiday ruined.
Where Holiday Keys Go
From the rescue stories on our park pages, the most common places holidaymakers lose their car keys are: at the beach (tucked inside a beach bag, then handed to a small child), in swimming pool lockers, down the side of a sun lounger, in a pub beer garden, dropped over a clifftop railing, in the dog while walking, in a hot tub, in a fridge, in a sandcastle (yes, really), and — most commonly — in a pocket of a different jacket to the one they came in wearing.
If you've lost your key at any of the parks listed on this page, call us. We know every park entrance, every access road, and which pitches are easiest to reach in a long van. We'll give you an honest ETA and a fixed price on the phone. We never charge extra for weekend or bank holiday work.
Haven, Parkdean, Park Holidays & Independents
We cover all the major holiday park operators on the Yorkshire coast — Haven, Parkdean, and Park Holidays — plus a long list of independent sites. The operator doesn't matter to us. What matters is whether your car is at the park, you can describe where on the park, and you've got your V5C logbook or some other proof of ownership. We can then cut and programme a key on the spot.
